Hello
From last few days , I am observing unjustified deductions from my main balance. I have not done any recharges from main balance at my end.
I have already mailed vodafone customer care and got nothing satisfactory in response. They have been telling me that the balance is deducted for some activated VAS but i have not subscribed any one of them. Neither there is any active service is running on my sim. Kindly see to it. This has happened many times that my balance has been deducted without my consent.
