Amazon has sent me an email informimg that they have auto-enabled DND deliveries for me although I had not asked for it. This means that their agent will just leave it my doorstep and leave, whether or not I am in my home when he comes. This is high-handedness, particularly when my orders are all paid for in full in advance. Their agent cannot just leave it at my doorstep and disappear. There is every possibility that the package will be stolen in the partment complex we live in.
I have raised an objection with Amazon asking them not to enable DND deliveries for me. I prefer that my orders are handed over to me in person.
I have not got any reply from them. It is very convenient for them.
What they are doing is an Unfair Trade Practice.
