as I was hungry in the late night I ordered a biryani using Zomato .once my food got delivered I opened it and started to have . It tasted bad due to extra added artificial colour to it. Later I noticed few hair in my food. So I raised a complaint with pictures of the food . Zomato later apologize and started to offer me a honey coated discount coupon worth 175₹. Whereas my ordered food was 201₹ so I asked them to reimburse me the amount . So they said they can’t reimburse me the amount and is forcing me to use tat coupon worth 175 which is sent in the mail. This issue I have faced earlier too!! My concern is during this corona crisis these people are delivering food which is unhygienic so please help me raise a complaint against them pls do wats needful!!!
