I had played tasks till dec 25. But i had no money till 1st. The financial department person messaged to me that if you had finished the tasks or pay the 15888 and took the unfreeze amount without playing the tasks. But in the transaction I paid separately i.e. 1 and 15887. With that she was blocked the withdrawal and unfreeze the tasks.
