Text of Complaint by Prakhar Sharma:

On july 14, at 9:30, I made a order of 3 coke from max’s cafe Greater Noida.

After I made the order the max cafe confirm the order and provide the product to the delivery way which he delivers to me ..
At mid night I checked my app for cashback and it mentioned me due payment for my last order.
Now as a raise the Concern, the executive told me that I wasn’t there to collect the order (which is truly false because at the same time I received one of my other order placed by me from dominos). On that night zomoto team tried to contact delivery boy but was out of reach.( Its was your responsibility to contact him and made this issue clear)
But again next day I raised an issue explained all the things and this time i got an answer that i was not there to recieve the order to the delivery boy personally made arrangements for me to make me satisfied.
So I called the max cafe they told me that they deliver me thum’s up instead of coke, very chilled to the delivery boy(now if the max cafe have provided the desired product how can that idiot delivery boy can provide arrangements personally)
 So its way better that now my issue should be solved hence I’m not going to leave zomoto and their assigned delivery boys any more in the mid way of making there customer fool anymore.
