Hi team,
I sent this email to Vodafone on 20/09/2022,but haven’t heard from them yet.
I am really irate and frustrated with the Vodafone. KINDLY GO THROUGH THE BELOW DETAILS:
I referred a friend(Who’s not in touch with me since 2017) Samiksha Goswami(Now Samiksha Pathak) in 2016, she stopped paying bill for her number 9999343220, and stopped using that number,however her outstanding 3023 showing pending for my own 9718220625, which is affecting my CIBIL.
Your team couldn’t connect with her hence calling/texting and harassing me regularly. Her address is “18-A, Neo Adarsh Public School, Molarband extension, Badarpur,NewDelhi, 110044. She’s daughter of Mr Deepak Goswami. Kindly send someone to her house and show all the bills. You wont find any calls/texts on my number 9718220625 since April, 2017. Hence, I request you to please remove the unethical bill from my account & go collect the unpaid money from her house, address is provided above.Also she’s copied on this email.

I was planning to opt-out from Vodafone due to the harassment I am going through as I have been receiving multiple calls, messages, WhatsApp texts e-mail daily. I already briefed the same to one of your executive between 8/5/2021 to 22/05/2021(Not sure of the exact date and time), please get that recording and hear it, you will understand what condition i was going through and still I took time to explain everything to your executive. I could’ve reached out to consumer court, Vodafone official Twitter, Facebook and Instagram accounts, but I am following escalation matrix. Also, I have been using this number (9718220625) for more than 13 years now and had paid all my bills timely, kindly check the history. Moreover, my personal experience with Vodafone had been quite wonderful, so didn’t wanted to make it public on social media just at the first step.
