Text of Complaint by Serene Machado:

Respected Sir,
I had ordered a Fire Bolt cobra 1.78″ AMOLED Army Grade build Bluetooth calling with 123 sports modes smartwatch (Black strap free size) on April 7th with Order 🆔 OD327773516229045100 and it was supposedly delivered on 11th April. At the time of delivery I was unavailable at my residence (was traveling by train). The wishmaster gave me a call asking for OTP and said he was delivering the product to my family. (Over the years I have been using this product and whether I’m home or out all products have been correctly delivered either to me ,my family members or neighbours by confirming the OTP wherever I was.) This time as well, i shared the OTP while traveling and the wishmaster affirmed he’s giving the product to my family. Whereas on the same day another product was scheduled to be returned (Eden Soul USB Rechargeable Moon lamp- white, order 🆔: OD327754095388804100). The wishmaster collected the OTP for both the products while I was on my way, but instead of delivering the Fire bolt watch and taking the Moon lamp in return, the wishmaster took back my Fire Bolt watch and left the Moon lamp at my residence. When I reached home and enquired about the same with my family members, they said, the wishmaster did come but did not deliver anything, he took back the same product.
I spoke to 10 customer executive (Ahemad, Ashfaque, Shivani, Muskaan, Mayank, Sadri, Sumit Pal, Taniya Dhoni, Samar and Avnish), each one gave me the assurance to resolve the issue and get me back my watch and collect the return product (latest by 17th April, 19th Apr,21st Apr & 25th Apr) but everyone just went back on their words and ultimately said, they can’t help me any further. Even the logistics team shrug off their shoulders and washed their hands saying the OTP was given and customer was delivered the product, whereas no doubt I shared the OTP but the product was undelivered to me. “The wishmaster cheated me and should be held for all the chaos created.”
It’s my humble request to you Sir, please justify this case and get me watch delivered or the amount refunded.
