Text of Complaint by Sharon:

I ordered a dress worth 455 on 27 September, the delivery date was supposed to be 8 October. When I checked the status of order on 7 it showed already delivered on 4th. I received no message or mail stating order will be delivered on 4th and I knew that it was delivered to a wrong address only on 7. My issue could not be resolved stating my complaint was raised after 48 hours. How am I supposed to know it was delivered on 4th when I got no call, no message or delivery update when the order was supposed to be delivered on 8th October. I understand I should’ve raised a complaint within 48 hours, but the order was not even delivered to me and I was expecting it on 8th of October.
