My order number is 8048700223.its a type C connector that i have ordered on 23rd of April. Order’s estimated delivery date was 8th may. When i didn’t got my order till 10th of may, i called paytm customer care and they told me that courier service is showing that they have delivered my order on 2nd of may but in real no order has been delivered to me and its showing undelivered on paytm app also.
But on 14th of April they updated my order as delivered on their app.when i contacted their customer care they told me that your issue will get resolved in 3 days. But its been 4 days and no action has been taken by paytm.
When i contacted them today they are saying it will take more time and they are not telling me how much time. They are not connecting my call to any senior officials. Kindly look into the matter.
