I ordered 4 cheesecakes on Eatsure. 2 of them were not delivered, I don’t know if it was a packing issue or my order got mixed with another order. I complained to them about it, and they offered me a refund for 50rs not even in real cash but in reward points.
50 rs refund for not delivering 300-450rs items. This is not legal. If I don’t deliver on something I can’t just offer a fraction of the order value refund. I tried to get the full value refund, I didn’t care if it is in cash or in their reward points but now that they have declined any reasonable refund I am filing a complaint.
