Text of Complaint by Astik Anand:

4147870982 This is the order number of food which i purchased from Zomato.
I received uncooked and a raw biryani which I was forced to throw as it was not at all digestible and after raising concern in Zomato they didn’t even offered for voucher and clearly denied for any help as they aren’t responsible for it.
I then asked them to pass me to their manager for complete 3-4 hours on chat and phone call but they clearly denied first and then asked to wait for 1 hour but after 1 hour when I contacted again as I haven’t received any call so they denied by saying it’s against their policies.
I lastly asked to share their policies where manager can’t come over call and the agent on other side hang up on me.
Here are the list of agents who abruptly disconnected the chat and phone calls after asking for manager:
1. Ankit
2. Nikita
3. Rozy

I need to check their policies now and would like a compensation to waste my time
