We bought the membership in the month of February 2022 as first we were told-
1. This is a part of Country Inn group of hotels. But later I found out it was nowhere associated with the original group and we were misled by the executives.
2. Verbal promises were made that hotels are available all over and can be booked wherever we want. But on request hotels are not available anywhere whenever requested.
3. False promises were made and when complaints section was approached regarding the complaint, executives were very rude and never catered to the issues.
