There was an unauthorized transaction of Rs 35,000 done from my dad’s account, when i filed a complaint they were able to trace the fraud and have recovered the money. With the investigation we realized the fraud was done by somebody we know, now paytm is forcing me to file an fir which we obviously don’t want to do because we know the person. And now paytm refuses to return the money till we file an fir.
