Hi, I m saranya from chennai recently ported to airtel from Vodafone. Till last month I was thinking airtel is the best network and wanted to move but now I realise I made a mistake. Yes! I am explaining my pblm below. During the first week of this month I ported to airtel in a showroom near EB stop kodugaiyur, chennai. Soon after that Internet was not working in my new mobile. When I again went and enquired they said, my old sim was not under chennai region and it was not informed to them before. Let me know onething, is it my responsibility to enquire this or the showroom representative’s responsibility? Okay.. they made a mistake and gave me another sim. Again that was also not working. Again I went to the same shop and told the same. They asked me to wait for 1 day and register for the new sim. Again Internet not worked in that sim too. I got irritated totally and went again. They said my old sim circle was the pblm and gave me a new sim with the condition that the old sim network will get disconnected automatically in 2 days and they will proceed with recreation. Trust me it’s been 5 days and network is not disconnected till now. So from the beginning the total number of days taken to change to airtel network is 20 days. I paid 399 for 82 days (1.4 gb per day). So for 25 days my money had gone. Who s gonna pay me? My number is 9790395336. Finally… Let you ppl know one thing. Everytime I m going to that showroom carrying my one year baby walking nearly one k. m and catching a bus. Let me know what should I do ?
