Vodafone activated Caller tunes service without my knowledge and sent an SMS that it activated the service for Rs.0 for 90 days. I deactivated it immediately using “STOP” SMS as I do not want that service even for Free i.e. Rs. 0
But Vodafone still charged me talktime of Rs. 49 and refuse to revert it back.
