My name is Babji. My Vodafone number is 9703065841. Recently an amount of Rs. 20/- deducted from my prepaid account balance. On enquiry it is learnt that it was automatically debited for “DNLD-DINDO_MP3_20-NEOMOBILE” . It is not known how the Vodafone debit like that without acceptance of the customer.
