my paytm balance is deficit by 300rs every month, total Rs 1800rs/-. account was debited by Rs 300rs every month /- and paid to a third party ( Getwoo) total 1800rs

without my knowledge. It was very shocking for me that Paytm delibrately debited my account and paid to counter party without prior notice

I raised this issue to Paytm customer care over phone and they responded on same day over email that, I have subscribed this facility for that they have debited my account. But actually i have not subscribed this app.. even Getwoo mail me that there is no account with any of your email or phone number then how they charged me every month and paytm says we can’t do anything.. only getwoo can stop it otherwise money will keep deduct every month
