I ordered a product from Meesho and received it after making full payment. However, when I tried to return the product due to size issues, the app showed the order status as “Cancelled,” even though I had already received the item.
Because of this incorrect status, I am unable to initiate a return. I raised a complaint through the Help Centre (Issue ID: MST:9478075060, Sub-order ID: 199905602380733952_1) and submitted all required documents, including the refund code RMBD0288677082. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received any response or resolution from Meesho Support.
I am attaching screenshots of my communication and I request immediate action and refund of the amount paid.
