Text of Complaint by Koushik Suresh:

I have bb bought from Airtel. I was told to book three months to allow free installation and that I would get 40 MBPS connection. I got 16 Mbps instead and got charged a 1000 for installation. Since then have been trying to get rid of them. Tried raised complaint on various means. Thanks app asks me to dial 121 and 121 asks me to raise other queries via thanks app. Finally do to non payment of fee some one called me and I have raised a deactivation req. There is an active request to disconnect on 26th Dec. But it is yet to actioned. My billed amount keeps increasing.
