Text of Complaint by Biswanath Bhaumik:

I am unable to login to the Jiomart web & app since last 1 year. It presents an “invalid OTP” message after the correct OTP is entered. I have lodged complaints multiple times with helpdesk/customer service but there is no resolution for the past 1 year. Please find the attached error screenshot.
