My Aircel network number services was suspended. I am unable to login my paytm account since it asks for OTP sent to the aircel number. I tried raising ticket with 24*7 team many times, but of no use, since they said to send some details and said to use paytm mall app. The issue remains as the Paytm Mall app also asks for OTP to login. I have also shared my details with them earlier.
