My Myntra account was logged out on August 30,2021 and when i was trying to login in that it was not logged in. i filed a complaint on Myntra customer care on August 31, 2021. they asked me to mail my id proof and some details on ccmanager@myntra.com and assured me that they will revert back within 24 hours. But it has been more than 72 hours but i have not got any single reply because of which i m unable to return some of my products worth Rs. 5000. Inspite of so many efforts from last 4-5 days i have not received any single reply neither there supervisor/ team leader has called me. Kindly look after this matter and help in taking an action against the company.

Inspite of so many efforts from last 7-8 days i have not recieved any single reply neither there supervisor/ team leader has called me. Kindly look after this matter and help in taking an action against the company.
