unable to get my refund> company is not even providing me any transaction proof. i have canceled a payable order in specific time. but its more then 3 days now. Swiggy is not refunding my money. They are just giving me reasons. They ask me for my bank statement. And i provided them. But when i asked them for there transaction proof they are providing me same rrn number same as my debited transaction number of upi.They are not giving me any statement proof so that i can validate that refund is credited or not.
