It’s been a month since I am trying to get my existing Jio fiber connection to relocate to my new address within the city, but whenever I call to customer care, they just tell me that the request cannot be proceeded due to unavoidable technical issues. They give me a date after which the request can be proceed further, but when I call them on the very date, they still give me the same reason over and again. I am unable to recharge my connection and I face extreme difficulty while working from home without wifi connection. I have mentioned my Jio service id and mobile number
