Text of Complaint by Padmesh Chandrashekhar Joshi:

Few months ago I surrendered my R-wallet in the UTS App because I did not want to keep money in the wallet at that time. Later now when I try to book a local ticket from the App I am unable to pay for the ticket because a message appears on the screen saying, “Your wallet is surrendered, cannot proceed further” (image of the message attached). Please help me with the issue. I have raised several complaints on the ‘cris’ email id, however there was no response.
