I ordered one Do It Yourself Fastag (DIY Fastag) from Paytm on 10th Feb. I received it on 13th Feb. I was unable to activate this due to errors like Order id not matching, this fastag is not supported for self activation etc.
Till now (20th Feb 2023), paytm has not resolved my issue despite following up multiple times and posting on twitter too. The Money that paid was 350/- and I am under going mental health issues due to this. Please find a solution for me to either refund my amount or activate it in a day or two.
