Dear Sir,
This is with respect to the paytm account i had. I had created a paytm account with my old number -8089505556. Now this number got deactivated. Hence i can’t access this account. For logging into paytm account, they send a one time password to your mobile number. since i don’t have access to the old number i can’t open it.
I have tried raising this issue with paytm but they are not at all helpful. it’s my hard earned money. I have sent my statement as well. they can verify the account using e-mail id well right. This issue has been raised from last 3 months. But till now all they do is ask same documents and take no action.
