Dear Sir,
I would like to bring your kind notice that Un-authorized debits happened from my paytm upi id without my confirmation. Even I am not received the OTP for such payments
When I contacted the customer care of Paytm the response is very pathetic.
Name: SP SRINIVAS Cell 8977186144
Rs.800/- and Rs.40/- debited from my account without any authorization from my end.
Even OTP also not received.
Further, On verification of the bank stmt I noticed that multiple times Rs. 40/- and Rs.801/- debits happened.
Request you to look into the matter and do the justice.
