Hello ,
I have been using international roaming since 6 month and this month is the worst experience i had.I was charged unnecessary even when i was using international roaming plan.I get a message at midnight that i have used 20mb extra so i will be charged and after 25 min i get an sms stating my roaming plan is over.So when i called the customer team then no one can help rather they say its my fault .I had sent an email with the sms proof but still no action is taken and i am getting a call to pay.I wont pay anything extra .Sending the attachment also which clearly shows which message i received firstĀ .
