Order : #88BCE

In Uber Eats mobile apps while checking the order payment and promotion code, I was by mistake click on place order button and withing a second I am trying to cancel my order but app did not show any cancellation order option and unwanted order is placed and my money also deducted from my account, I was immediately call uber eats customer care and asked him to cancel the order but he was not able to connect with Restaurant and asked me to accept this unwanted order.

Furthermore, I was escalate this issue immediate to Sr. Help Desk Team Mr. Manish and explained all the situation and asked for full refund, but he also not able to help me to sorted out this situation.

While I was on call with Uber Eats customer care, delivery boy not able to contact with me and my order was canceled and restaurant applied 100% cancellation charges.

I am very disappoint with this kind of service, they not even give us proper Cancel Order option for that kind of situation, and uber eats customer care also not able to help.
