Hello,

I ordered a meal delivery through the Uber Eats app, which had a promo going on -buy one get one free if we order through a restaurant called “Popular Pizza”. I ordered exactly as per the instructions, but i was charged full amount. Also they had 30% discount promotion going on at that moment which they did not honour. Before, checking out with the order, i chatted with their help center representative, who said that you have to order first and then you will get your 50% and 30% refunded. but this did not happen. And later on when i tried to check with their help center, they denied everything. However, i have kept all the screenshots for references. Please help me with this, as this is fraud and i feel cheated as consumer.
