Text of Complaint by Abhinav Munshi:

Order number – 1676937490 cold coffee from Shambhu’s. I applied a mn40 coupon for 40% cashback. I haven’t received the cashback till date and it has been 5 days since I ordered. When I ask about this to you customer service, their response is, “I can understand, if that happened to me I’d be upset too. I can imagine how frustatin it must be but I donot have any answer for you”. If this is the kind of support you are giving what is the point of it?
First of all there wasn’t even any acknowledgement of my coupon until I asked about it on customer service. And they say that the complaint is escalated, but I need a time line of when will I get a cashback. It is a simple cashback of a small amount, it is pathetic if you can’t get this done. I need it within the next 2 days, it has been a long time and this is enough time for you to process such a simple issue.

Order number – 1263308865 boneless butter chicken from royal bengal tandoori hut. I Had ordered a boneless butter chicken, and received a shitty chicken dish with stale chicken and with bones. I have even shared a picture. What more do you need from me? It’s been 23 days since I ordered this. This is sufficient time that you can ever require to solve this kind of a concern. Why is it still not resolved? Your customer care says it is escalated, so where is the resolution? Why is it taking so much time for such a major concern. First I get a stale chicken dish which I did not order, then you are harassing me by not giving me a reply to the issue that I had raised. I am suffering through and through because of this. I don’t believe either of these requests are unreasonable, they are genuine concerns which I’m still raising respectfully. If you can’t even give me a timeline for a response then how do I know that you are even looking into these issues. It’s going to be a month soon, this is pathetic service. Kindly look into these issues and resolve both of them in the next 2 days. It’s been too damn long and your customer support says they can’t help me with this. If they can’t, then who?
Who do I go to if this is the way you are harassing and irritating me.
