My order details Order date 02-Feb-2022 bearing no. Order #408-1887159-4613940
Whereby I had placed order of Panasonic iron . I received iron with completely damaged handle, since I require the I placed order for exchange. Accordingly, the damaged iron was exchanged & another was delivered which has damaged tip which pulls the threads of fabric, damaging the fabric. Hence I requested for refund. Accordingly pick up was scheduled for 5thFeb 2022. Till date none has turned up to pick up to the iron.
Request to lookin the matter & refund my payment.
