my name is Abufaran this mail is writing to you to return my order I ordered Watch Ultra 8, I got the same watch as the box, but the watch inside is of i8 series, that means wrong watch has been delivered to me I talked to customer care to return it but my request got cancelled 3 times since 30th December 2022 customer care is telling me that You wait for 24 hours you will be contacted by the escalation team but it’s been more than 10 days I haven’t been contacted And now its return period is also over.
