Around last of November , I was going through some of the loan apps on AppStore. Google , AppStore, YouTube etc was promoting this App called *TRYCASH*. I installed, and gave my number and to check about how much loan and interest they might provide, I gave my details like name, reference number and since they asked for Adhaar , I thought this is government registered giving my bank account. Later they asked for my signature and everything and without confirmation, OTP or any notice, they transferred 4200₹ in my account for taking loan amount of 6000₹. Later there was a notification saying I had to pay 6048₹ to them within 8 days and there was an option called pay 1800₹ On which I clicked twice and 3600₹ was debited, thinking this could be debited even from the loan amount but only to my surprise, this was changing the “extension date” and it was extended upto 21st September. They started calling from various numbers before 4 days of due date. After passing the due date, I don’t even know what’s the late fee charges and they kept adding some amount and as in today the outstanding bill is showing 10k! This is the biggest scam and not only to me but to so many others too. If you can read the reviews of this app on AppStore, there are so many people suffering the same. They have my documents, photo and reference number and They keep calling them and use abusive languages and they are threatening me that they will morph my photo and send it on social media that I’m the biggest whore in the country. I’m remaining anonymous here since I’m a women and these sort of cheap verbal comments are unable to bare. I request the government to ban all such apps and save the rest of the youngsters out there.
