Text of Complaint by Belvalkar housing company:

We have took Airtel corporate connection (50 numbers) just two month back, & we received sim cards it was working fine at head office , but when we distributed to our site person, they all  were facing lot of issues in using those cards, our site person unable to get any call , no internet , no rang at all. airtel sale person committed to us that he has done serve on all sites and there are proper range all over. This was the falsehood, we were continuously followed to Airtel team for the same; they had visited our site twice, their site visit report says that there is some connectivity problem on sarita vaibhav site as well as, at our MD’S residences. They installed 4G device but no used of that, they don’t have any other option to resolve our problem.

We hope you will understand our problems and will give us permission to port.
