my no is 9999407450. i am using vodafone number from last 4 years but frankly speaking from last 4 months i am facing hell lot of problem using sim, network, data, tariff problems and many others i cant even tell.
i am receiving only one signal at my home and able to use only 2g only when i reported the problem to your customer executive and they took no action. they said the issue will be solved in next 2 days next 2 days. and i am facing this prob from last 4 months. your customer executive said please write a mail i wrote it but still didnt got any reply. i am now just tired of vodafone and with ur staff. they are so incooperative while on call they put me on hold for 10-20 mins and then they cut the call. when i ask them to transfer my call to ur senior they say there is no senior.
ths time i am not going to pay any bill and i am asking my father mother to port in other number.
worst customer service provided by vodafone.
treating customers badly.
