I have been reaching out to Travolook for a refund of my booking but it is over 80 days and 4 emails to their email id, but no luck. When i spoke to customer care they also confirm this week payment will be made and additionally are cutting 1500 as a cancellation fee.
The flight cancellation was made by the airlines and the site has received 100 percent refund.
