On 17th December 2021 I tried to book air ticket from darbhanga to Mumbai and return. An amount of Rs.5054/- was debited from my bank account towards air fare but the transaction was cancelled by travel look. Immediately one lady said to be from customer care of travel look called me and informed me that the amount will be refunded within 3 days. Since then for emails and telephone calls to customer care of travel look I am getting the reply that within 7 to 10 working days the amount will be refunded to the same account from where it is debited and till date I have not got the refund.

Same happened with me
I booked the tickets on 14th December 2021 and have not received my amount yet.
I have called many times but my calls are not answered.
I got suspicious and googled for reviews on the website, and I saw that this is the normal modus operandi adopted by this website to scam people. This is the only website that collects payments without actually interfacing with the airline, and making the booking. . Looks like a cleverly designed scam!
