I have booked a ticket from MUMBAI to BHOPAL on 10 .08. 2022. the web site ‘https://www.travolook.in/’ the ticket was booked, and reference number is REF053632475 amount was deducted Rs. 4188/- and after 10 mins they gave a call and said that the ticket is cancelled and refund is initiated. but till date they have not refunded the amount. Since it is already More than 15 Days, whenever I call customer care they will Always say 7 working days we will refund the amount to my wallet account,but there is no refund till date. Please arrange to amount refund to my bank account.
Please advice us how to contact this consumer court further , so many are in loss of money because of this travolook website. sir, please close this website and punish them in court of law
