A SIM, which I got after submission of transfer of ownership from signed by my sister and me, is not activated in spite of submitting my Adhar Card and my Sister’s Passport copy, Adhar Card and PAN Card which mentions same father’s name. My Sister who transferred ownership of the SIM to me got a mail saying ” The transfer of ownership is not possible as the relationship does not match the account holder and your brother’s name” . POS has already checked this aspect before issuing the SIM. Therefore, freezing of the SIM is unjustifiable. This non service for 12 days is causing lot of inconvenience to us.
