TRANSACTION GOES INTO WRONG ACCOUNT INADVERTANTLY BUT PAYTM IS NOT ASSITING TO RECALL THE TRANSACTION INSPITE OF THEY DO HAVE AUTHORITY TO RECALL.

Text of Complaint by ABIR DAS:

on 03/03/2021 i had done a transaction for Rs 5000/-(five thousand only)from PAYTM presuming that the transfer is going to my bank account directly. But inadvertently it goes to wrong queue to purchase google play store coupon. Due to some financial crisis i would like to drawn money from their provided PAYTM post paid facility. On writting to them they advised to communicate with google play store. As per their advise wrote mail to google to fund the money back. they informed “I’m sorry to inform you that we’re unable to grant you any refund for this case, because the gift card was a physical gift card and purchased from a third party retailer. Please contact the retailer/third party website so they can help you with refund. Since that gift card was purchased from another retailer we won’t be able to process a refund for it.”

Now send feedback to PAYTM about what google play store said. But did not found any resolution from PAYTM.  if PAYTM tried to recall the transaction they can do so.
