Text of Complaint by Bhargavi:

I have ordered food with ondc in paytm.I have paid with upi phonepe app and it showed transaction failed,I have tried the same process again and it again showed failed.So third time I tried by giving upi address and teansaction was successful.But when I went to orders at first it showed only 1 got accepted but after few minutes it showed all 3 got accepted.Paytm customer care is not tailored to ondc needs and I did not get chance to speak with executive and my problem did not get solved.
