In Paytm the bank account linked with the phone number was not registered by the presented phone number but the Sim card was purchased was once used and deactivated phone number but the bank account deactivated was not deactivated because of which the text and phone number linked with the account was correct but when money was transferred it was sent to the wrong previously linked bank account which was not updated.
