I have done one transaction on 29th June 2020 at 08:44 pm of Rs 250/- to Sri Vani Stores Bangalore.
Amount debited from my side and instantly not credited to beneficiary for that store man asked to show approved status, at that time transaction was pending and waited 15 min still was in pending shop man asked to pay hard cash, I paid and returned. next day morning I got payment approved status so I went to shop and showed payment status to him, he said “no no amount not received and shouting like anything” I couldn’t get my money back so raising this complaint. please help me to get my money back.
