I had done a online payment on date 27.10.2021 having amount 934.15 /- through Union bank of India net banking. I have doing this payment to IBIBO WEB PRIVATE LIMITD. At that time transaction is failure. But this amount is paid to IBIBO web pvt ltd. Till date this amount is not credited to my account. I have many time talk to customer care but no any positive reply from his sides
