Dated on 1st feb, 2020 I did a payment through paytm, but unfortunately amount deducted from my account, but same has been not received to end customer. I have asked to help out me to paytm, after very long period received response from paytm like they are helpless. Then I contacted to my parent bank as suggested by paytm, but period was over a month hence bank is also helpless to return my money. What shoul I do in this situation?
