this is srinivas and i have traveled from 08543 VISAKHAPATNAM – BENGALURU CANTT SF Special on 1st Jan bearing PNR 6713704290 and this train was delayed for more than 4 hours and which caused an lot of issues personally and i couldn’t attend multiple meetings . I would request you to kindly check and let me know the reason for delay . i choosed this train over 17210 sesahdri express as this will reach me on time to attend my meetings. this is really unacceptable as we are running towards Vande Bharat express trains but neglecting the timings of super fast trains . an 1 hr delay is very much acceptable but 4hrs 30 mins is really unacceptable. i would request you to kindly assist on this.
