Hello Consumer Forum Team,

I booked a Train Ticket with Paytm Booking ID is  9891308097. I cancelled one passanger 4 days before journey through paytm and I got a message -Cancelled and refunded in PayTM portal.

Till today I have not received any paymen, I logged a ticket on this and they replied me to check with Bank. If I not used Bank why I go for Bank without any transaction number.

Please accept my compalin and and ask them me to refund.
