Text of Complaint by R VARADARAJAN:

I booked online (IRCTC SITE) 11026 train for journey on 12-Oct-2019 from Chinchvad(CCH) to Panvel(PNVL). Train got diverted and hence I could not travel on that day.
PNR : 8510550679
Journey date: 12-Oct-2019
Train No: 11026
I tried to file TDR online but always get message “No record found”
I have raised issue in your twitter account and I have been given 2019103002271. But this complaint by mistake has been  mapped to my wrong mobile number. Now I hv been in touch with IRCTC thru email & twitter and they are not responding.
I seek refund for the same plus  penalty of the same amount from railways for the time I need to spend to get this.
